Warranty Policy - the basics

Casteel MFG. warrants that its stainless steel and sheet-metal products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of [X years/months – to be determined by client] from the date of purchase.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation

• Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel

• Exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme environmental conditions, or improper cleaning methods

Remedies:
At its discretion, Casteel MFG. will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any product found to be defective within the warranty period. The remedy provided under this warranty shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the customer.

Limitations:
Casteel MFG. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. The total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, the customer must:

1. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

2. Submit a written description of the defect, including photos if possible.

3. Return the product to Casteel MFG. for inspection (shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law).
